At OMEL Flowers & Creations, every arrangement is thoughtfully handcrafted using fresh seasonal florals and designed with intention, care, and attention to detail. We are committed to providing a seamless and elevated delivery experience throughout South Florida.

Please review our delivery policies carefully before placing your order.

LOCAL FLOWER DELIVERY

OMEL Flowers & Creations proudly offers local flower delivery throughout Hialeah and surrounding South Florida areas.

Delivery areas may include select parts of:

  • Miami
  • Hialeah
  • Miami Lakes
  • Doral
  • Coral Gables
  • Kendall
  • Pembroke Pines
  • Hollywood
  • Fort Lauderdale
  • And surrounding areas

Delivery availability may vary depending on distance, weather conditions, holidays, and order volume.

SAME-DAY & SUNDAY DELIVERY

OMEL Flowers & Creations offers same-day flower delivery for eligible orders placed before 2:00 PM local time, Monday through Saturday.

Sunday delivery is available with advance ordering; however, same-day delivery is not available on Sundays. Orders for Sunday delivery must be placed in advance and scheduled for an available Sunday delivery date.

Same-day delivery is subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Delivery capacity
  • Recipient location
  • Holiday and peak-season demand

Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cutoff may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

DELIVERY TIMES

While we always do our best to accommodate preferred delivery windows, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

During holidays such as:

  • Valentine’s Day
  • Mother’s Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
  • Administrative Professionals Day

delivery times may experience delays due to increased order volume. ()

RECIPIENT INFORMATION

Please ensure all recipient information entered at checkout is accurate and complete, including:

  • Recipient full name
  • Delivery address
  • Apartment, suite, or gate code (if applicable)
  • Contact phone number
  • Business or hospital name (if applicable)

OMEL Flowers & Creations is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS UNAVAILABLE

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery team may:

  • Leave the arrangement in a secure location when appropriate
  • Leave the arrangement with a front desk, receptionist, or neighbor
  • Attempt to contact the recipient directly
  • Arrange a re-delivery if necessary

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.

HOSPITAL, BUSINESS & EVENT DELIVERIES

We frequently deliver to:

  • Homes
  • Hospitals
  • Funeral homes
  • Offices
  • Hotels
  • Wedding venues
  • Event spaces throughout South Florida ()

Please note that certain hospitals, schools, offices, hotels, or secured buildings may have delivery restrictions or limited access policies.

OMEL Flowers & Creations is not responsible for delays caused by facility procedures, security restrictions, or recipient unavailability.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS

Because we work with fresh seasonal flowers, certain blooms, greenery, vases, ribbons, or decorative elements may occasionally need to be substituted based on seasonal or market availability.

If substitutions are necessary, we will always maintain:

  • The overall aesthetic
  • Color palette
  • Style
  • Quality
  • Value of the original arrangement

Every arrangement is designed with care and artistic intention by our floral team.

WEATHER & UNFORESEEN DELAYS

OMEL Flowers & Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather
  • Traffic conditions
  • Road closures
  • Natural events
  • Carrier interruptions
  • Circumstances beyond our control

In the event of significant delays, our team will make every effort to communicate updates regarding your order.
