All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available for purchase.

Custom floral orders, wedding florals, event installations, sympathy arrangements, and large-scale floral projects may require additional consultation, approval, or lead time prior to fulfillment.
Same-day delivery orders are subject to availability and must be placed before our designated cutoff time.
Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of floral products, cancellation requests may not be accommodated once production has begun.

OMEL Flowers & Creations currently offers local delivery services within select South Florida areas.
Delivery availability, timing, and fees may vary depending on location, holidays, weather conditions, traffic, and seasonal order volume.
While we strive to accommodate requested delivery windows, exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
Please ensure all recipient information is accurate at checkout. OMEL Flowers & Creations is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, restricted access locations, gated properties, hospitals, businesses with limited hours, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a recipient is unavailable during delivery, arrangements may be left in a secure location when deemed appropriate by our delivery team.
Once an arrangement has been delivered successfully, OMEL Flowers & Creations is no longer responsible for the condition of the product.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the perishable and custom nature of floral arrangements, all sales are generally final.
However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at omelflowersservices@gmail.com so we may review and address the concern appropriately.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be issued at our sole discretion depending on the circumstances.
